

At The Greenhouse, cooking is defined by charcoal and wood, shaped by the seasons and grounded in modern Australian dining. Our menu brings together French rotisserie, wood-fired pizza and open flame cooking, celebrating the natural character of locally sourced produce.
Working in rhythm with growers and producers, ingredients are selected at their peak and allowed to speak for themselves. The result is a menu that evolves with its surroundings — thoughtful, expressive and designed to be shared.
Beyond the table, The Greenhouse opens outward — a social dining house surrounded by flowing water, greenery and parkland, with weekend breakfasts, a gelato cart and picnic offerings to enjoy in the surrounding parklands by the river.
